Just keep a crappy robe in your vault. When you get to you bank slap it on to quickly unequip all your armor pieces at once. This way you don’t have to pull off each piece one by one waiting for each timer.

You need to to be at the bind spont. Spam your jump key and you will gain each time, with no need to land. When you are out of stamina, just have someone kill you and repeat.

You shouldnt be able to use a runestone when at trade route only mounts, ships and on foot But……You can: Get the trade-route quest than runestone to the hand-in place than wait 30 min minimum than hand in quest .
